FREE SHIPPING OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES 

We try to deliver our goods with free shipping, however, we will indicate on each item what will include additional fees.  This is due to the type of goods that our Artisans have produced, and their location.  We will provide a tracking number for all of our items, and/or consistently communicate with our customers to ensure we manage expectations.

SHIPPING TO THE US - BALINESE DECOR

We are currently only shipping Balinese decor and furniture to the US & Caribbean at this stage, however, we hope to expand on regions in the near future. Customs/Duties is the responsibility of the Buyer.

SHIPPING TO THE US & CARIBBEAN - BALINESE DECOR (MADE-TO-ORDER) 

Balitohome can ship to the US and the Caribbean for any Made-to-Order as these products on the Balitohome.com website do NOT include shipping charges.

SHIPPINNG TO THE US & CARIBBEAN - BALINESE FURNITURE (MADE-TO-ORDER, MIN $2,500 SPEND)

Bali to Home will work with each individual customer for custom made furniture and other decor items.  As this would need to be shipped via ocean freight, the time from order to delivery is dependent upon request and/or change of request. However, we will work the customer to ensure expectations are met during the entire process.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Bali to Home is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates for Far East Products and only the US applies currently.

For Balinese decor and/or furniture, please expect that it can take 6-8 weeks for delivery as each piece is made by hand by our Artisans in Indonesia.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For custom orders, communication re: shipment will be done via email with each customer.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
